A tentative agreement has been reached between the Government of Ontario and the Association of Management, Administrative and Professional Crown Employees of Ontario (AMAPCEO).
Both the government and the association must ratify the tentative agreement before details can be released.

- The Ministry of Government Services is responsible for negotiating collective agreements with several bargaining agents, including AMAPCEO.
- AMAPCEO is one of the largest Ontario public service unions and represents approximately 9,600 employees. Employees represented by the association are broadly characterized as administrative and professional employees that are generally focused on knowledge-based activities, have direct reporting relationships with senior management, and include positions in communications, business planning, and policy development and analysis roles.
