The Ontario government created Ontario Early Years Centres to be a place where parents and caregivers can get answers to questions, information about programs and services that are available for young children, and an opportunity to talk to early years professionals, as well as other parents and caregivers in the community. You and your child can visit the Windsor-West Ontario Early Years Centres for a range of free services including:

• Early learning and literacy programs for parents and their children;
• Parenting programs that support parents and caregivers of young children in all aspects of early child development;
• Information and training for new parents about pregnancy and parenting.

The Windsor-St. Clair Ontario Early Years Centres also brings together in one location information about children's services and programs in the community. If you have questions about your child's development, or want to know how to get information or services for your child aged 0-6 in Windsor-West, please an Ontario Early Years Centre (see Centre Info and Satellites), call us at (519) 255-5344, or e-mail us at: oeycwindsorstclair@city.windsor.on.ca.

Did you know that Speech and Language pathologists host screening/information sessions at various locations in the city and county each month?  You must register at some locations. Call the Talk 2 Me Program at 519-252-0636 or see the Calendar for times and locations. St. Mary's Family Learning Centre Ontario Early Years Centre is also pleased to house the Essex-Kent Infant Hearing and Essex-Kent Blind-Low Vision programs.
